Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Leometric Technology Pvt. Ltd., you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services

• Leometric provides web development, mobile app development, custom software solutions, and IT consulting services.

• All services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, or suitability.

• Service specifications, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in separate service agreements.

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services.

• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or access information.

• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

• Respect intellectual property rights and not engage in unauthorized copying or distribution.

• Pay all fees and charges associated with the services in a timely manner.

Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website remain our exclusive property.

• Custom work created for clients belongs to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

• We retain rights to general methodologies, techniques, and know-how developed during projects.

• Third-party components and libraries are subject to their respective licenses.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Payment Terms

• All fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement.

• Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in suspension of services.

• All payments are non-refundable unless specifically stated in the service agreement.

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice.

• You are responsible for all taxes related to the services provided.

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the issue.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control are excluded from liability.

• Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limits may not apply to you.

Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement.

• We may terminate services immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.

• Upon termination, you must cease using our services and return any confidential information.

• Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination.

• Surviving provisions include intellectual property, confidentiality, and limitation of liability clauses.

Privacy and Data Protection

• Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.

• We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information.

• You consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
